Hi Christina, Congratulations on your first podcast! It sounds like you have been doing them for years! Nothing like the Scottish accent to soothe and make one smile either. :-) Sometimes you just have to go with that creative spark eh and do what your spirit is calling you to do and leave the admin! It's like a wonderous rabbit warren on Substack - I discovered you via a comment I wrote on someone else's post. Thank you for your ideas. I'm the opposite to you and love to write very early in the morning - with coffee also though! It's the time I can guarantee for myself every day for the heart and soul. It's so important to work out what time of day you feel most creative and then try and carve that out for yourself as much as you can. Jo
Thank you Jo, that was such a lovely message to read! Especially when I was down with the lurgy. 🧡 I read your accent in that “eh” and was delighted to have it confirmed when I clicked on your Substack. A new, exciting rabbit hole for me to fall down I’m sure. ☺️
Thanks Christina. I have written privately for a while but now just trying to work out the back end, so to speak, of Substack so I have some sort of street cred here. :-). Taking a while but we will get there. :-). If only we were still just writing on rocks or on parchment with a quill. Jo

Thanks for the great ideas. Always nice to find ways to help nudge the creative forces forward.
Glad they were helpful for you! Almost time to record another. Just need to ditch the cold first. 🤧
Any progress in fighting off the cold?
Loved this Christina! Some very useful ideas in here. 😍
Thank you 🧡 What’s working best for you right now?
